Westwoods is a non-profit, holistic and spiritual education center situated on over 70 acres of preserved farmland, forests and wetlands in Westwood, MA. Within our supportive community we offer weekly yoga and meditation classes, intensive self-discovery workshops and the opportunity for individual exploration of many health and wellness modalities including relaxation-response therapies, and counseling.
